Progress Report - 6/9/12

Here’s the Plan Update for June -

My blog posts may or may not be what I actually do/did on any given day -

I have several LHQSQ blocks not posted yet -

And "other" stuff scheduled to go "live" on certain days -

Work on the next border layout - DONE
Put the pictures in my head -
Down on paper - for a pattern - DONE
Cut the border pieces -
Applique the vines -

Got an idea - just need to work out the math -
FA - EQ7 - border sketch

SOMEDAY MEMORY QUILT - 5 days -
Gather up the hearts that I have made so far - DONE
See how many there are - DONE
Figure out what to do with them - ;)) DONE

Sorted through hearts already made -
Some for finished quilts -
Some for tops not quilted yet -
Got count -
Found older scraps -
Made two more hearts -
Need to work up plan on EQ7 -
Plan needs to allow for additional hearts - ;))

LHQ SAMPLER QUILT - 5 days -
Bring you guys up to date on Blocks #25 - #32 -
Work up some more blocks - Blocks #33 and up -
And - no - I’m not going to show you the "Master Plan" -
But I do plan a total of 99 blocks -
And I promise that it will get more interesting as I/we go along -
Probably should have added - “Mystery” - to the name -
Because you will just have to wait - ;))

Worked out schedule and order of construction for LHQSQ - Blocks #33 - #48 -

Received JRRQ #1 back from quilter - minus the scraps -
Need scraps back to make the scrap card and heart

Packed up JRRQ #2 - sent to quilter -

UPDATE QUILT JOURNAL - 4 days - NO CHANGE
Wolf Song - write up and post the final story and photos -
JRRQ #1 - write up and post the final story and photos -
Scan older photos for posting -
Convert older stories from all caps to mixed case for blog -
Write up and schedule for future release -

With a cushion of 5 extra days - for “other” stuff -

You know - for “life” - and all of that - ;))

I think that this little list should keep me busy -

And out of bars at night - ;))
